We have been hearing from members that there have been some problems with the ICBC internal claims system not sending the Treatment Plan decision (approve, partially approve, deny, need more info) emails to some clinics. ICBC tells us that this issue should be resolved shortly, and they will let us know as soon as things are back to normal. For the moment, claim representatives have been informed of a temporary workaround to ensure email responses are provided.

If you do not receive an email response, please contact the Health Care Inquiry Unit (HCIU) for assistance.
